VIII. Inner City Ministries-St. Louis has an Isaiah 58:12 mandate and novel Urban Church Planting Plan

-         St. Louis Inner and outer Urban areas must be looked at like a World Missions Field

-         We must find indigenous people that live in the 72 neighborhoods of St. Louis City and EQUIP then with the Gospel

     -   We can do this through City Bible Institute. CBI is approachable, progressive and affordable -see   wwww.citybibleinstitute.com

     -   It is designed for adult learners

     -   It is approved by the Southern Missouri AOG District for AOG Credentialing (Certification and License)

     -   CBI Extension DVD Schools will be available at several Inner and Outer Urban AOG Churches beginning in September 2009

     -   CBI can be taken on-line, live at Trinity Assembly of God Church, in a CBI Extension DVD School, individually by DVD   or at the ICM-St. Louis Headquarters

-         Once the indigenous St. Louis Urban Student is equipped, ICM will help them  to ESTABLISH their new Church plant that will be planted in inner City areas they live in. ICM will help them establish their Church launch with the following:

     -   A six month internship at City Assembly of God Training Church, help with development of their ministry plan, Mentor Program and with matching funds for one year after their Urban Church is planted

-         The last part of the Isaiah 58:12 Mandate is to help the new Urban Church Plant EVANGELIZE their community with outreach teams and work teams
